I am excited to announce that the first meeting of the Minsk Silverlight / Windows Phone User group happened on Thu, Apr 21st. That was an administrative meeting where the core of members got acquainted and discussed future steps. I am happy to share their names:
- Alex Sorokoletov. Interesting in Windows Phone development. Winner of the Latest #EcoContest
- Anton Grinevsky. Silverlight and Windows Phone developer. Has experience in Android development. It should be helpful for us to compare different platforms
- Ivan Suhinin. Active member of Belarusian .net community. Has experience in WP7/XNA
- Roman Bugaev. He has broad experience in IT events organization and he is a Windows phone developer;
- Myself personally. Silverlight and Windows Phone developer and organizer of the user group.
We decided that our user group will participate in the next meeting of the Minsk .net user group and will share several presentations:
- XNA Content Pipeline (Ivan Suhinin);
- MIX 11 – an eyewitness account (Alex Sorokoletov);
- Silverlight5 3d (Anton Grinevsky)
- Windows Phone and BDD (Max Paulousky)
Our user group is going to have meetups once a month and we welcome every one who is ready to share knowledge in Sliverlight/Windows Phone/XNA and other related areas with other members. Follow my blog for updates!
